Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting BotanicalLEDs.com. This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Potential Delays and COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free curbside local pickup at our Menifee location, or you can opt to meet at Norman’s Orchids in Montclair, CA 91763 on Saturdays only for pickup. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout, let us know where you would like to get your order, and your order will be ready to pick up within 24 hours on the day selected.

We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. We will work out the details of your local pickup at that time.  You can pick up your order anytime between 11 am and 4 pm on Saturdays at Norman’s Orchids or any other day at our Menifee location.

International Shipping Rates

We provide international shipping to most of the world except where restricted by the US government.

Currently, we do not ship to North Korea, Iran, and Cuba.

International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. BotanicalLEDs.com is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you don’t receive your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at BotanicalLEDs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days of delivery at BotanicalLEDs@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
